December 06, 2000 Wow! Well, it's been a long time since I've posted. I was driving myself insane thinking about the breast reduction, and I think my family was one "boob" topic away from killing me!! So, I've been chilling out, trying to find ANYTHING to do, to keep it off my mind. My pre-op appointment is on January 03, 2000. That's only 27 more days!!! Less than 4 weeks! Whooohooo! Ummmm, yeah. Sorry for the temporary loss of sanity.... I have to start getting prepared, supply wise and things, but I don't know what to get, yet. I'm going to set up an appointment with my PS soon, to: 1.) Discuss the details of the insurance agreement. (Gram removal requirement, their payment percentage, etc.) 2.) Find out what supplies to get, and the preparations I'll have to do. (Which will probably be discussed at the pre-op, but I want to know early so I can be absolutely ready!) 3.) And whatever else is on my mind.... Here's to a happy, (and speedy), holiday! Wish me luck!!! I can't wait to have my new ibt's! ~Alecia December 07, 2000 Well, I called my PS office today to ask about the insurance requirements. They said that my PS was going to remove 450 grams from each breast( That's about a pound each.) That sounds right to me, but I'm really not sure. It's hard to take a figure like that and visualize it, you know? So, I hope it all turns out alright. I can't wait 'til my pre-op appointment, so I can get ALL of the details already. Well, of course, also, so I can get it DONE already!! That's all for today. Later. December 09, 2000 Has anybody else had this INSANE "Want it to get here already" BUG?? AAAhhhhh. I've got an entire month of waiting...and waiting, and waiting. It seems like my boobs seem to irritate me more and more everyday! My bra is incredibly uncomfortable, my back is kiiiilllliiinnnggg meeee, and I feel the pull on my shoulders so much more!! I think it's partially psychological. (haha) Well, here's to just getting to my pre-op and working with my nerves from there..... December 15, 2000 It's almost Christmas!! Whoohoo! I hope I get some stuff for my soon-to-be new Itty-bitty's!! I have done NO shopping. AAAhhh. I have to catch up, SOON. hehe. I saw Rita today. She is getting excited with/FOR me the closer my date gets here. I CAN'T WAIT, I CAN'T WAIT, I CAN'T WAIT!!! She is looking sooo good. I hope Dr. L. does so well with me. X-fingers. Well, I'll let you go for now. Later. December 20, 2000 STILL have done no shopping. STILL waiting for my date to get here. STILL a nervous wreck. I bought another "inspiration" bra. It's so cute. I hope it actually FITS my IBT's. Right now it's just fun to imagine. Christmas is practically here. Gotta get to present finding! Happy Holidays! December 25, 2000 MERRY CHRISTMAS!! I am sooooo excited now. It's almost here! OMG! I am going out of town after tomorrow, and I'm so looking forward to some R&R for a little bit.
